Frozen Item Delivery Policy
If your order contains frozen items, please note that frozen products such as meat, cheese, and other temperature‑sensitive goods are delivered only on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Orders including frozen items will be scheduled for shipment on the next available frozen‑delivery day to ensure proper handling and product quality.
At Euro Grocers, we carefully package all perishable items using appropriate insulation and cooling materials whenever needed. Despite these precautions, temperature-sensitive products may arrive thawed, softened, or warm due to shipping conditions beyond our control, including weather, carrier handling, or transit delays.
Please note that fresh bread and bakery products are also considered perishable and may lose freshness or develop mold if delivery is delayed or exposed to warm temperatures during transit.
Because of the nature of these products, all perishable item sales are final. By placing an order for perishable goods, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping refrigerated and temperature-sensitive products.
Euro Grocers is not responsible for product quality issues or damage caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Shipping or carrier delays
- Extreme weather or temperature exposure
- Carrier mishandling
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
- Missed or unattended deliveries
- Theft after delivery
- Damage occurring while the package is in the carrier's possession
Once your order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. Any delivery-related concerns should be addressed directly with the carrier whenever applicable.
